I am so thankful for Niko! Before I started working with him I would go to the gym without much of a plan and kind of halfway do the machines and treadmill. I was wasting an hour a day because I didn’t know what I was doing and didn’t have proper form. Niko worked with me for about a year and now I feel confident in the gym with using proper form and adding weight strategically to actually see results. I gained so much muscle and stability and learned how to work out with a plan so I no longer waste my time. I would recommend him to anyone whether you are new or experienced.
