All trainers are full time and are of the highest tier. They are trained and managed by Niko and Chris to ensure quality and client satisfaction. Our top priority is our clients are their results.

Niko Sikkel

I have 10 years experience in full time personal training. From nutrition support, to injury prevention, to body recomposition. I am involved helping create ALL of my trainers workouts programs with clients. If you get them you get my experience as well!

Chris Wilson

Chris is an expert in all forms of exercise. He is a Marine Corps veteran and has competed in multiple types of fitness competitions. In addition he has helped dozens of people recover from injuries while losing body fat and gaining muscle.

Wesley specialize's in functional and strength training. He has a power lifting and pain free exercise. All clients all get custom workout and meal plans that they can follow along!
